Current Status
Pixlocal is currently free to use. There are no paid plans at this time. When paid plans are introduced, the following refund policy will apply.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans come with a 14-day refund window from the date of payment. This applies to all users regardless of location, in compliance with EU consumer protection requirements.
How to Request a Refund
Email legal@pixlocal.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account. No explanation required.
Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- The refund is returned to the original payment method
- After a refund, your account reverts to the Free tier
Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered and you are charged after the trial ends, the 14-day refund window starts from the date of the first charge.
Partial Refunds
Pro-rated or partial refunds are not available. Refunds are for the full amount of the most recent payment.
Abuse
Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles may result in refund requests being declined. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear policy abuse.
